Are you a registered company?

Yes, we are a registered company and if our transaction exceeds $600 then we will also provide you with a W-9 form. Which you can use for your files.


How do I get started?

You need to send us your project's plans and scope of work, for a review. We will give you a quote after having a look at the plans. Once you approve our quote, we send you an electronic invoice link through email for 50% upfront. After receiving the payment we will start working on your project.


What are the terms of payment?

We charge 50% before schedulling the work and 50% before delivering the project.


Which modes of payment do you have?

We collect payments through online invoice and ACH Bank Transters.


How accurate is your service?

We offer upto 98% accurate quantities takeoffs and material takeoffs according to the given drawings. As far as cost estimation is concerned, we do it according to zip code and location of the project.


What are your charges?

We always work according to our client's budget. A small single trade project could cost you $50 and a big commercial project's estimate could cost $2500. Our charges and fees depend on the size and scope of work of the project.


What's the turnaround time for a project?

The normal turnaround time is 3 to 4 days. The turnaround time totally depends on the size of the project. But, we are always ready for a rush order.


What will happen in case of errors in our work?

In case of errors in our work, you reserve the right to claim refund of your payment.


Which software do you use?

We use planswift, Bluebeam and On-Sceen Takeoff.


How do you ensure the confidentiality of client information?

We are in this business since alomost two decades now. We always make sure that we keep our client's details private. We don't share your info with any third party. We dont even perform one estimate for two different companies. We can sign a Non Disclosure Agreement with you as well.
